We are thrilled to be representing Maruca Design on our web site, a favorite, for many years, with our gallery customers. Please take into account that these pieces are limited editions, and may sell out by the end of the season. A new selection becomes available every six months.
Their beautiful jacquard fabrics are designed in house, and all their bags are cut and sewn by hand. Maruca Design embraces the principles of the Arts & Crafts Movement in America. They believe that creating small production runs of a given craft or product, within a cottage industry setting, creates a consciousness that humanizes and enriches their work. This vision, results in an aesthetic, that moves from hand to heart, to mind. As they design and produce their handbags, they strive for integrity and high quality.
