OUR EASY RETURN POLICY: SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

You may return an item for any reason within 14 days of purchase unless it is a custom order. Custom orders are not returnable. However, in the event for reasons other than damage, or error in shipped item, shipping charges to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the the customer.
Returns on orders after December 10th can be returned through January 15th of the new year.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps
1. Indicate the reason for the return and action we should take. For example, if you changed your mind and wish to make an exchange, please let us know what item you desire instead by telling us the item number, product description, and price of the new item. If an exchange is not your desire we will make a full refund providing work is returned in good condition as determined by us or the creator. In the event for reasons other than damage, or error in shipped item, shipping charges to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the the customer.
2. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid. We recommend you insure all packages. Sweetheart Gallery, LLC cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
