IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON LINE?

Yes. Whenever you place an order on our web site, your credit card (or other payment) information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a sophisticated technology that encrypts all your private information as it travels over the Internet. HOW TO SHOP ON LINE?

It's easy. Simply select the item you want by placing a quantity in the quantity box and press "Add To Cart." Your browser will go to our shopping cart where you can review your selection. Scroll down and enter information. Required fields have to be filled out for us to complete your order. At the bottom click "Check Out" where you will be asked to fill out payment method form. Transaction will be processed automatically and you will receive an email acknowledgement followed by an email with a confirmation number if the payment is approved.

HOW DO I CHANGE AN ITEM QUANTITY?

Select "VIEW CART" from top navigational bar and you will go to the cart. Highlight the number in the quantity box and change it to what you want then press recalculate.

HOW DO I REMOVE ITEMS FROM CART?

Change quantity to "0" and press recalculate.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS AND TRACK MY ORDER?

When you place an order at SweetheartGallery.com you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately that will include your order number and summary. If you do not have your order number please refer to your e-mail confirmation or send us an email at bacon@sweetheartgallery.com. We can also be reached at 845-679-2622. Every Day. from 10.30am-6:00pm (EST).

HOW DO WE HANDLE CHECKS AND FAXED ORDERS?

Please email or call us for ordering during our business hours. Once we receive your check or faxed order we will give you a confirmation.

HOW TO REPORT A LOST, OR STOLEN CARD?

Fraudulent Charges: In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must immediately notify your credit card provider in accordance with it's reporting rules and procedures.

WHAT IS THE SALES TAX POLICY?

New York State residents are required to pay sales tax of 8%. There is no tax on out of state sales.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

Our shipping and handling charges are determined by a flat fee, if any, except on special orders. Large items like furniture for example require that the customer call us with specific information so we can determine the most efficient way to ship based on customer's requirements.
