ALL WORK IS "MADE TO ORDER"
- All returns are at the discretion of the artist as all work is "Made To Order".
- You may return any item within five days of receiving it providing that the artists agrees.
- Returns must be in original condition.
RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY:
- Once a return is accepted by the artist, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, and credit card fees in the same form of payment used to place your order.
- If you wish to make a return or exchange, please call us at 845 679 2622 asap after arrival.
- Gift returns are subject to the discretion of the artist as all work is "Made To Order".
- We will accept gift returns from the original purchaser within a reasonable time frame providing the artist agrees to this beforehand.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
- If your package appears damaged, please call us toll-free at 845 679 2622 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected.
- Please retain all of the original packing materials.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- Contact Customer Care at 845 679 2622 to start the return process.
- Repack your order using the original packing materials if possible.
- If the original materials are not usable, use appropriate packing materials with plenty of cushioning.
- You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging.
- Please take care to repack items carefully.
- Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We are unable to provide return shipping labels for Canadian customers.
- To make a return, please contact Customer Care at 845 679 2622.
- You will be responsible for creating and paying for the return shipping label.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs.
- If an item was shipped free as an incentive, that shipping cost will be included in the return shipping charge.
- However, if you are returning an item because it was defective, or because it was not the correct item, we will pay the return shipping costs.
- You can expect a refund 3–5 business days after the artist receives your return, provided it arrives undamaged.
- You will be credited for the price of the item minus all shipping costs. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for items that have been damaged, altered, or worn.
- You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order.
- If your return was a gift, you may choose to apply that credit toward the purchase of another item, or to have the buyer credited for the purchase price of the item.
- If you provided an email address when you ordered, we will notify you of the status of your return via email.
