Return Policy

You may return an item for any reason within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, unless it is a custom special order.

Custom special orders are not returnable unless received damaged. Returns within 16 - 30 days of receipt of goods will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. However, in the event for reasons other than damage, or error in shipped item, shipping charges to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the the customer.

Returns on orders after December 10th can be returned through January 15th of the new year.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps

1. Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.

2. Indicate the reason for the return and action we should take. For example, if you changed your mind and wish to make an exchange, please let us know what item you desire instead by telling us the item number, product description, and price of the new item. If an exchange is not your desire we will make a full refund providing work is returned in good condition as determined by us or the creator. In the event for reasons other than damage, or error in shipped item, shipping charges to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the the customer.

3. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid. We recommend you insure all packages. Sweetheart Gallery, LLC cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Custom Special Orders: Monies paid on special orders is not refundable.

Damaged Items: Please inspect all shipments prior to opening box. If you notice any external damage, if possible have the driver make note of the damage. If the box is in tact, but the item is damaged, you will receive a full refund, or replacement if you refer. Keep all pieces and packing material and let us know immediately so a claim can be made.
