SHIPPING POLICY

1. FREE GROUND SHIPPING:
   On most items $100.00 and over, and under 25 lbs to all 48 contiguous United States. There are exceptions where companies require charging shipping. They set the amount charged.
   
   
2. GROUND SHIPPING CHARGES:
   0 - $99.99 = $18.00 (USPS, FedEX, and UPS only)
   
   
3. FREIGHT CHARGES:
   Trucking on larger items, example: furniture
. Once customer places their order, and if item fits this category, we will contact the customer to discuss shipping options and charges. Only upon customer agreement will we continue to process their order.
 Large items may need to be crated.
   
   
4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
   International orders can not be placed online.
   Customer must contact us to place an international order.

   When emailing us, customer needs to include item name, code number if any, and shipping address.

   Once customer contacts us, we will notify them of shipping options and charges.
   Only then, and upon customer agreement, we will continue to process their order.

   Customer is responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties, and all other charges that may be imposed.
   Once confirmed by customer, only then will we continue to process and complete their order.

Next Day, Second Day and Three Day Select are available upon request.
Transit times for USPS, FedEx, and UPS are based on the number of business days from the time your shipment is received until the order is received at your delivery address.

We are not responsible for weather related shipping delays.
We are not responsible for delays in transit.
We are not responsible for delays due to natural disasters.
We will do everything in our power to assist in resolving these delays.

Most of these works are made to order by small studio artisans with limited production capabilities, therefore please be sure to read the estimated ship times. Most of the works on our site ship within 1 to 6 weeks, with some exception that require more time.

Due to the nature of handmade work Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select express are usually NOT available, however, please feel free to ask. We can expedite shipping. There will be appropriate charges applied.
