Due to the nature of handcrafted work, subtle variations are natural.

Larch Wood Canada specializes in creating beautiful ‘end grain’ cutting boards, handmade from eastern Canadian larch (Larix laricina). Also known locally as tamarack and juniper, Larch Wood source this renewable resource from sustainably managed local woodlots.

The board has been treated with a food-grade mineral oil and a wax finish coat. The wax should be reapplied periodically depending on usage.
